Tekla Structures

Tekla Structures is a 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) application from Tekla Corporation that enables the creation of highly accurate, constructible models for steel, concrete, timber, and other materials across the entire project lifecycle—from concept and coordination to detailing, fabrication, and erection. It supports multi-user collaboration and generates general arrangement and shop drawings, reports, model-based quantities, and CNC/rebar production data directly from the model. Built-in tools for clash checking, pour and sequence management, change tracking, and customizable components help teams coordinate complex structures and reduce rework. Tekla Structures supports open BIM standards such as IFC and exchanges data with common analysis, fabrication, and project coordination solutions, including cloud collaboration via Tekla Model Sharing and Trimble Connect. A robust .NET Open API and extensive regional environments enable customization to local standards and specialized workflows, making it a trusted choice for detailers, fabricators, engineers, and contractors.
